Returns for change of mind
We understand that it can be difficult purchasing items over the internet and your satisfaction is what matters to us most, therefore if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or store credit.
Exchanges - We will happily exchange your purchase for a different size, style or product however you will be required to pay any price difference as well as a $9.95 shipping cost to post out the new items.
Items must be in their original condition with original packaging, unused, unworn with all hang tags attached for the refund or exchange to be honoured. The goods must be received by us within 30 days of the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a product exchange that does not meet these requirements.

Damaged, faulty or lost items
All our items are checked prior to being posted to you to ensure 100% quality. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, we will gladly exchange your item or offer you a full refund on your purchase including postage costs. All faults need to be reported to us within 3 days.
If you have received your order and there is an item/s missing, you must contact us within 3 days to advise us of this.
In the rare event that your goods are damaged or lost during transit/delivery, SportsPower Port Macquarie takes no responsibility for this, and therefore we will not replace or refund you for these items. By ordering from this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
